E’ più di dieci giorni che volevo informarvi della stupenda notizia ma aspettavo a comunicarvelo perchè volevo avere delle conferme ufficiali…ebbene sono arrivate!!! ico02Uscirà a novembre UN NUOVO DVD DEI NIRVANA!L’UNPLUGGED IN NEW YORK!!!

“According to a release schedule from Universal Music (Nirvana’s record label), the legendary MTV Unplugged concert will finally be released officially on DVD this November.
Currently, the DVD is slated for a worldwide release on November 19 with the US and Canada following November 20.

SANTA MONICA, CA–(Marketwire – October 4, 2007) – Outside of limited television airings, Nirvana’s landmark November 18, 1993 performance on “MTV Unplugged” has never before been released on video… until now.The DVD “Unplugged In New York” (Geffen/MTV Networks/UMe), set for release on November 20, 2007, features the complete, unedited 66-minute concert (including stage patter and two songs not aired on the original 44-minute broadcast) in both Dolby Stereo and 5.1 Surround Sound. Also included is previously unreleased rehearsal and documentary footage.
Additional information on “Unplugged In New York,” including a detailed tracklisting, will be available in the coming weeks.

Lo storico concerto di MTV esce in DVD.
Esce finalmente in DVD, il 16 novembre, il leggendario “MTV Unplugged in New York” dei Nirvana.Lo storico concerto che vide protagonista la band di Seattle era disponibile fino a oggi soltanto in VHS.(Ma quando mai) La qualità digitale del formato ne restituisce la grandezza e l’unicità.
L’ “Unplugged In New York” fu registrato il 18 novembre del 1993, un anno e mezzo prima della morte di Kurt Cobain. La versione DVD sarà arricchita da quattro brani provati dalla band durante il soundcheck e da varie immagini inedite dal backstage.
Lo show è stato il primissimo programma trasmesso da MTV Italia nel lontano 1997.Ecco la tracklist del DVD:

In teoria è il 16 poi vi aggiornerò.
Allora è confermato che all’interno del nostro dvd vi saranno entrambe le versioni dell’Unplugged:Quella “tagliata” trasmessa mille volte da Mtv e la versione senza tagli ico02 .
Così potremmo apprezzare a portata di click le seguenti versioni anche se quella broadcast trasmessa da Mtv mi pare sia un pò una boiata inserirla…cmq meglio così.Confermate anche le 5 canzoni di prove ico10 e l’inserimento dello speciale sull’esibizione intitolatosi “Bare Witness”.
Era stato già trasmesso da Mtv tempo or sono.Per ora è tutto.
